Rennie Wekina

Rennie is an executive manager with over 30 years’ experience, 15 of which have been in executive management reporting to the CEO and Board. Rennie’s most recent posting (2018 to 2021) was with National Superannuation Fund Limited (NASFUND) as Chief Officer Properties managing the Fund’s property portfolio. Prior to that, Rennie worked for 15 years with Credit Corporation PNG Limited, being elevated to the General Manager Properties and Company Secretary. Rennie has over his career developed good, solid business relationships, whilst ensuring the fundamental goals and requirements of the companies and divisions he has managed are achieved. Rennie has been responsible for all aspects of the management of two of the largest property portfolios in the country, including strategic planning, new developments and projects, operational and capital expenditure budgeting, tendering and lease and contract negotiation with tenants, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Rennie has reported to and advised both company Boards since 2005 on all aspects of the portfolios and has also served on the National Physical Planning Board and the Port Moresby General Hospital Board.
Rennie is passionate about training up the next generation of Papua New Guinean professionals, sustainability in buildings & property and incorporating the latest technology to provide long term solutions.
Paul Poesi

Management Advisor
Paul is a qualified Marine Engineering Officer of the Watch (Engineer Class 3 in PNG) who has transitioned to and worked as a Property and Facilities Manager boasting over 29 years of work experience across both industries. Paul commenced his career in the maritime industry, where he worked for over 14 years, serving on vessels operating both locally and internationally, before eventually moving into management roles on shore.
Paul transitioned to property and facilities management with the Credit Corporation PNG Limited (Credit Corp) property division in 2005 where he was able to utilise his skills as a marine engineer to implement life cycle and asset management practices to improve the overall operational management of the business. Paul’s most recent role was as Operations Manager overseeing the Nambawan Super (Nambawan) property portfolio throughout Papua New Guinea (PNG).
Paul is proficient in all aspects of the industry including budgeting, leasing, human resource management, life cycle management, project management and procurement. Paul is experienced in the use of the latest CRM, property and facilities management systems and software applications, and has also been involved in the transitioning of these systems.
